In order to support people in seeking help for their mental health, the workshop explores some of the barriers that can prevent people from reaching out for support.
In addition to discussing the benefits of a mentally healthy workplace, the workshop also highlighted a number of professional resources that are available to individuals seeking support for their mental health.
