Target Audience: undergraduate and postgraduate students
The Mindfulness Programme (MBSR) will take place in the Wellbeing Room, within the Disability and Wellbeing Service, Mary Dunn wing of the L and T Building. on Wednesday the 15th of February 2023, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm.
