Introduction To Mindfulness Training

In these busy times, our schedules are often tough and difficult to cope with and this can cause stress, unhappiness and depression. These issues can be help mitigated with mindfulness which simply means ‘being in the moment’.

Mindfulness practice will give you the time and space to concentrate on your inner well-being which will, in turn, help you to cope well with work & personal life. Use it to improve your mood, concentration and focus. Better your performance at work and become more compassionate and patient with yourself & others.

This course explores how mindfulness can have a positive effect on your well-being. It will help you to feel less stress and reduce anxiety while showing you how you can deal more effectively with your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental way by using Mindfulness techniques. The course will use a combination of guided meditations nature sounds and soothing music.
