The Mindfulness Now programme is aimed at individuals and groups, adults and children, with many requirements including helping with stress and anxiety, physical and emotional pain, as well as emotional resilience. The programme provides a fusion of key elements from MBSR and MBCT in a clinical approach which is simple to integrate with other therapeutic approaches.
The Mindfulness Now programme is fully adaptable to meet the needs of different participants. The Mindfulness Now programme can work over 8 sessions but can also work well arranged over a smaller number of sessions. It works well delivered one to one, or even informally via drop in type group.
