About Mindful Therapies
Mindful Therapies is a not-for-profit organisation. We’re passionate about making the benefits of mindfulness accessible to all, regardless of how much money they have.
This means that when you give a donation for a class or course, all profits go straight back into the community, supporting people who might not otherwise be able to access counselling or mindful training.

We provide courses, regular drop-in classes, donation based counselling, mindfulness-based counselling and coaching to the general public.
Business
We work with clients from public, private and the third sector. Our services include counselling, coaching, mindfulness training and employee wellbeing programmes.
Community
We provide a range of services to the voluntary and community sector for both service users and staff.
Mental Health Counselling and arts-based classes to help people suffering from Covid19 related Mental Health issues. Service users will progress from individual sessions to groups then art and drama to build their confidence, remove fears and enable them to become active citizens.
Gain a basic understanding and awareness of mental health to support your own wellbeing as well as people around you at your workplace.
