The legendary Bruce Lee explained it best: “the best fighter is not a boxer, karate or judo man. The best fighter is someone who can adapt to any style, to be formless, to adopt an individual's own style and not following the system of styles”. The term “MMA” was first used in 1993, but the idea of combining elements from different martial arts has a much longer history than that. Today, MMA is familiar to a global audience through televised UFC bouts. MMA training is a fantastic way to get combat fit and offers you the chance to take a multi-disciplinary approach. Train every muscle in your body, hone your reactions and learn to adapt to your opponent’s style. Predict and defeat his moves by putting together unbeatable combinations.
