The good news is you are under no obligation to go fight in the cage, take your training journey one class at a time and work at your own pace!
All our members are taught the IMMAF rule set and we have forged great relationships within the SA MMA community allowing us to best manage your athlete career should you choose to compete.
Classes

Group Training
Our standard time classes are all group focused and will have a mixture of skilled members in each class. This creates a learning from your more skilled classmates environment and helps steer members into future coaching positions!
Private Coaching
We offer a choice of one on one or group private sessions with the coach of your choice at private rates! These sessions will help you focus in on the part of you game that needs work or just small tweaks!
Weight Training
All our members have access to our small weight area. Including a weight training program into your combat sports schedule has many benefits and we highly suggest hitting the iron as they say!

We are also registered with MMA SA Amateur Division allowing students to fight at an amateur level in the cage with a full registered record card! We also offer Fitness classes for all sexes and ages! CoreFit is a powerful program for the more athletic member looking to increase Strength, Stamina & Fitness!
Shuai Jiao is the modern derivative of one of the oldest martial arts in the world: Jiao Di. It predates the Shaolin temple arts and was used primarily as a military skill. Initially soldiers wore horned head gear to gore/butt their enemies, and this became a game/show later on.
Mixed martial arts is a full-contact combat sport that allows striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts.
Our training method combines techniques from MMA’s most popular styles such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and Thai Boxing.
We specialize in Fitness, Toning, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiujitsu and MMA, as well as personal training, including self-defence and martial arts training at all levels.
