In this workshop, learners will gain an in-depth understanding of videography techniques in planning and shooting a simple short video. Next, students will apply technical video editing on mobile applications to edit their videos with effects and transitions.

Understanding what makes a video go viral
Planning and conceptualizing a short video
Camera angles and movements for capturing simple yet professional-looking video footages
Introduction to videography lighting and equipment (e.g. gimbals)
Video editing skills to add smooth transitions, audio clips, texts, and simple effects to your videos
At the end of this workshop, learners will be equipped with the skills to produce a video that is suitable for social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
