At Maple Academy of Dance, we help students of all ages and levels grow as both dancers and confident, positive people. Our Superstar dance classes in Winnipeg follow a custom syllabus, designed by the Maples Academy Directors to help dancers be amazing inside and out. We look forward to dancing with you!
Students in this class will receive more advanced instruction in musical theatre. Students will learn more challenging songs and have opportunities for solos. This class will prepare a production of “Chicago”. Counts as two classes.
Our class strategy for younger students integrates singing and dancing with creative exercises that foster imagination, motor skill development, confidence, and musicality.
Our dedicated faculty is committed to the personal growth of each student; to teaching them skills in self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-expression which will serve them well on stage or in life.
This class allows for students to become well rounded in their dance training by learning adjunct skills to improve their overall performance and style. Musical Theatre will focus on classical jazz technique, facial expression, and showmanship, with an introduction to voice coaching.
Musical Theatre classes are offered by Dance Adventure. We offer a variety of dance styles to all ages and abilities in a safe, positive and encouraging environment.
