Then this short course is for you! Over 5 weeks, we will explore the exciting and diverse world of musical theatre dance while performing to some of your favourite musical numbers.
Musical theatre dance has rich history that has been derived from many styles including jazz, ballet, cabaret and vaudeville and we will touch on a number of these styles through our choreography. By the end of this course, we hope to get you feeling like one singular sensation!

Musical Theatre Lessons are offered by Dance Tech. We have a passion for teaching and aim to share our industry knowledge and experience to create strong versatile performers.
This class will focus on dialogue, song, dance and stagecraft through exploring popular and renowned musicals.  These classes will allow students to experience the joy of Music Theatre whilst learning through a systematic & structured approach based on the COMDance syllabi.Â
Our musical theatre jazz and Broadway classes are geared toward those wishing to gain basic jazz skills typically required for theatre shows.Â
This class is a combination class of singing, dancing and acting and you focus on the dance component in specific musical theatre numbers from various shows, emphasising performance and characterisation skills.
