The Certificate also satisfies the eligibility requirements for Associate membership (AIIRSM) of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management. The National General Certificate is a level 3 qualification which means it is aimed at those with health and safety responsibilities, such as managers, supervisors and safety representatives.
You will receive 80 hours of tutor contact time and it is also recommended by NEBOSH that you undertake a further 51 hours of private study time to help you familiarise yourself with the subject matter.
