Managing Difficult Conversations with Colleagues Course Is Offered By Health Education England Midlands
This practical workshop is designed for all managers and team members and will provide participants with an understanding of how and why conflicts occur and how to manage them effectively.
Conflicts can be hard. We get so emotional that sometimes we feel we can’t take it at all.
Conflict comes in many shapes and forms, from passive-aggressive grumbles through to physical altercations. In this module we develop conflict management strategies and identify potential risks to your business and the individuals involved.
You will gain a knowledge of how to spot potential conflict and an understanding of how to reduce and deal with both potential and actual conflict in the workplace. You will learn how to monitor conflict and understand its potential impact on business.
