Complete Training Minimum Learning Outcomes:
Enable the worker to:
Identify the impact of neurodiversity on everyday life
Record a range of reasonable adjustments that can be made to support the individual
Identify pieces of legislation that would protect people who have neurodiversity
Recognise sensory differences and tools to aid communication
Support individuals and focus on their strengths and abilities
Overcome common communication and interaction difficulties
Promote positive coping strategies
Identify the different ways to support an individual
