NLP Kerala ® is an NLP and hypnotherapy training centre founded by an International Trainer, Motivational Speaker, Counsellor, Hypnotist and Writer Mr. Justin Thomas from Kerala, India. This institute functions under Almeda Trust and it is a Department for Learning and Teaching humanistic psychology of Institute of Soft Skills Training and Counselling (ISSTAC) ®.

Kerala is famously known as God’s Own Country in India and a tourist destination filled with greeneries, beaches, backwaters, hill stations, pilgrim centres and it is one of the most peaceful and beautiful areas in world. We conduct NLP training sessions at different places in Kerala. However Kovalam, a dream beach in Kerala, is our main hut.

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy founded and implemented by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s. NLP sees there is a connection between neurological processes (neuro-), language (linguistic) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (programming), and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life. Bandler and Grinder shown that NLP methodology can "model" the skills of exceptional people, allowing anyone to acquire those skills.

The fact that often in a single session, NLP can treat problems such as phobias, psychosomatic illnesses, depression, anxiety, tic disorders, near-sightedness, allergy, common cold, and learning disorders etc.

Mr. Justin Thomas became interested in NLP in 2009 by attending NLP sessions of an international trainer, NLP master practitioner, trainer of Law of attraction Mr. George Karunackal. His interest made him an NLP master practitioner by ANLP Goa, India under the guidance of Dr. David Lincoln, an international NLP trainer.

And Justin Thomas became an international trainer by Junior Chamber International, the largest organisation in the world for trainers. He is accredited by other training organisations as a qualified trainer as well. He does research on NLP and writes articles and books based on NLP.
