I’ve been working as an NLP Professional since 2009. Prior to that I had a career as a specialist Youth Worker which is where I developed an interest in interventions and change work.

Things you need to know about me:

• I’m open and honest and very down to earth

• I do my absolute best for my clients and trainees

• I teach very much from a mind/body perspective

• I teach with humour and compassion

As a person:
I have a background in Tai Chi and Shiatsu, hence my understanding of the body/mind connection
I regularly give time and financial support to a number of causes supporting children and animals
I’m a keen gardener and a cyclist

• I teach adaptable skills which can be applied in any area of life

• To instil a true understanding of the mind body connection
