Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), a creation of Richard Bandler and John Grinder is a practice used to understand the organization of thoughts, feelings, language, and behavior. The definition of NLP can be summarized as below:

Neuro: This refers to the mind or the brain. NLP includes a structural way of viewing the mind and body to develop a mental image that shows how things happen with a focus on changing the course.

Linguistic: This refers to the study of the language and the subtle clues we give through our language and nonverbal communication.

Programming: This refers to training our mind to access the programs structured in the mind and to bring about a change in the thought patterns via the sequence of our actions.

Methodology

The Matrrix NLP program is developed to maximize a client’s personal and professional potential. Our methodologies used a systemized approach. We seek to develop 5 core competencies that bring massive changes to personal development. The process of learning starts with a pre-assessment program followed by a training program and is concluded with a post-assessment test.

The methodology is based on the Adult learning process, aimed at reinforcement and retention of learnings such as coach-led discussions, group discussions, meditations, assessments, experiential learning and much more. All these form a part of the NLP corporate solutions program.

• Participants learn to use the forward-thinking action by considering many approaches for the outcome. This also means one learns to avoid internal conflicts or thoughts that can create a resistance to achieve this outcome.
• The NLP program is also devised to guide participants to understand language communication and the behaviors associated with it. Participants learn how to achieve the things they want in life through the study of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
• There is also an emphasis on the Meta-model, that which uses a set of exciting questions designed to challenge as well as expand the limits of a person’s model of the world. This model includes the three elements of distortion, generalization, and deletion - to help one gather a fuller representation of an experience which is useful in the corporate world. This helps professionals assess situations better to communicate effectively and solve problems by asking the right questions.
• This program also includes a detailed session on the Meta Program which allows individuals to process information accurately. Meta Programs are mental processes which help professionals understand, manage, and guide their internal patterns, those which affect their behaviors. • A person learns to implement strategy building skills by first discovering and noticing their internal and external set of experiences.
