Harness offers a three day Licence to Operate a Forklift training course at our training facilities and can also be provided onsite at client locations. Our Forklift licence course gives you three days of high quality face-to-face training with passionate teachers who enjoy what they do.
On successful completion this training provides students with the Licence to Operate a Forklift Truck - TLILIC0003 and is the gateway to a wide range of enhanced employment opportunities (and potential earning capacity) across a range of industries.
A Forklift truck as outlined by www.training.gov.au is a "powered industrial truck equipped with lifting media made up of a mast and an elevating load carriage to which is attached a pair of fork arms or other arms that can be raised 900mm or more above the ground." and "does not include a pedestrian-operated truck or a pallet truck". Any person undertaking work of this nature is therefore required to hold a forklift truck high risk work (HRW) licence.
The mode of delivery for this course is face to face in a classroom environment as well as significant practical elements outside of the classroom. Please note: RPL is not available for licensed courses.
In the delivery of this course, our trainers focus on providing an individualised adult learning environment that considers the learner’s employment history and experience in the industry.
Theory is presented in a supportive learner centered environment designed to provide functional theoretical knowledge that is directly applicable to real world tasks.
