We are a support group and independent voice for parents and carers who have a child or children with special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND), in Nottingham and surrounding areas.
We are linked to the National Network Parent Carer Forum (NNPCF) and other parent-led support groups throughout the region. The forum is run by parents for parents.

Rachel’s parenting course draws on almost 30 years experience of teaching children, supporting working parents globally and raising 4 children herself.
Our highly trained and caring staff are there to offer guidance on a one-to-one basis, for any issues you may be concerned about in your home, the Children’s Centre Service building, or in the community.
At The Orchards we promote the importance of the family and other significant people in the lives of children. We value the importance of contact in promoting the emotional and identity needs of the child.
We run tailored training for nursery staff, childminders and other childcare professionals. We also offer a short workshop suitable for college students or parents.
