We are a support group and independent voice for parents and carers who have a child or children with special educational needs and/or a disability (SEND), in Nottingham and surrounding areas.
We are linked to the National Network Parent Carer Forum (NNPCF) and other parent-led support groups throughout the region. The forum is run by parents for parents.

Small Steps Big Changes (SSBC) is a programme of activities designed to give every child the best start in life. We are funded through the National Lottery Community Fund’s A Better Start Programme.
At The Orchards we promote the importance of the family and other significant people in the lives of children. We value the importance of contact in promoting the emotional and identity needs of the child.
