This class will teach all you need to know about Italian style pasta dough and how to recreate it at home.
Chef/owner Bianca Maria of Ciao Pasta Bar returns to the kitchen to coach you in the art of fresh, homemade pasta.
Join Kathryn to learn how to make our egg yolk enriched filled pasta dough, together with a Pumpkin & Parmesan filling. Then we’ll teach you how to make your own Ravioli, the easiest of filled pastas, together with Kathryn’s hand chopped Parsley & Walnut Sauce to serve
During the class we'd make whichever 2 pastas you pick from our pasta list; our pasta list ranges from short noodle, long noodle and filled pastas
