Come join us and create this delicious ravioli stuffed with a creamy ricotta cheese filling and finished in a nutty brown butter and truffle sauce. For dessert we'll make a deliciously creamy Panna Cotta with a sauce made from seasonal fruit.
We begin each workshop by making our dough from scratch in order to familiarize students with how pasta should “feel”. We will then move on to the rolling part of the workshop, accompanied by using a variety of pasta making tools and accessories.

No pasta machine? No worries! This process for making hand-made ravioli is easy and requires no special equipment thanks to the use of fresh lasagna sheets from the refrigerator section of the grocery store. Two fillings will be prepared in class.
