Students will be required to attend 36 additional part time lessons, during which both the Theoretical and Practical components of the qualification, as outlined below, are covered.

Diploma in Patisserie is offered by Purple Carrot Chef School.
Quiches & Tarts class is offered by My Easy Cooking. We offer cooking classes in our studio and we can customize them to your clients needs. We can do traditionalSouth African cuisine, Seafood from the West Coast or teach a traditional Malay menu.
The Level 2 Diploma in Patisserie is for those who wish to work in the hospitality industry and specialise in Patisserie.
During this workshop you’ll prepare your very own rough puff pastry to make herbed pork sausage rolls, cheese twists and an absolute classic party treat, vol au vents.
The diploma in Patisserie is a full time City and Guilds accredited course which runs over a period of 1 Year.
