The aim of this course is to provide a theoretical and practical framework for the design and implementation of performance measurement and evaluation systems in organizations. The content of the course is practice oriented and designed to enable students to link the major theoretical concepts and frameworks taught during lectures to practical situations.
The assessments are designed to help students to develop critical and creative thinking to find and use information to solve performance measurement and evaluation problems.
