The institute was established in the year 2018 by Jhansi Healthcare and Education Society.

The course, run by the institute is affiliated to NCVT (National Council of Vocational Training) which, is the apex organization at National level for the programs relating to the Craftsman Training Scheme under DGT (Directorate General of Training), Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, Government of India, New Delhi.
