This course is designed to help you take control of your work and maximise your skills. You'll learn techniques to prioritise and use your time efficiently, as well as discovering the barriers to personal effectiveness – and, most importantly, how to overcome these.

You'll also start to plan your career both in the short term and for a successful future using SWOT analysis to identify your strengths.
