About The Program
This Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate program provides you an entryway into the growing Canadian healthcare industry, which is experiencing unprecedented government investment.
This includes a previously-announced temporary wage increase and a $5,000 Return of Service incentive for PSWs who commit to working for 6 months at a long-term care facility, in-home care, or community care agency.

The program trains Master Trainers and Facilitators, who in turn train parents and other caregivers to use scientifically proven strategies for promoting child development, reducing disruptive behaviors and strengthening their own coping skills.
This program does not require approval under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005.
The Caregiver Certificate is a comprehensive six-month foundation program that trains students on ways to help family or friends with challenges due to illness, disability, or aging. This program prepares students to meet the needs of a loved one with an injury, illness, or disability.
This course will introduce the importance of communication and interpersonal skills essential to establishing and maintaining effective therapeutic relationships with intraprofessional health care providers and clients.
