Ms. Vaishali Chawla comes with 15 plus years of experience in the customer service industry. She has a dynamic personality and comes with a positive approach towards work and life.
She has been an integral part of eminent organizations like Hindustan Unilever, V-Xpress etc. She has been a part various Aviation Institutes and has counselled more than 3000 students.

“My Dream Is To Fly Over The Rainbow So High” was Neeti’s moto during her early days and she made it possible by pursuing a career in the aviation industry as a flight attendant. She started her career with India’s 5 Star Airline – Kingfisher Airlines and then moved on to gain international experience with Qatar Airways. She comes with 7 plus years of flying experience and is currently appointed as training head at Skillsetter Institute.
She also conducts Corporate Soft skills Training with us. An energetic and positive personality with enthusiasm to impart her knowledge to the future of customer service industry.
