We keep numbers small so that you get the hands-on attention that you need and move at a slower pace to ensure you find your feet and feel comfortable with all the equipment. This class is reserved for new people on our two week trial.
Those on a trial are not required to attend this class, however, if you feel a little daunted getting started, this class is exclusively for you.
