Practice your cake decorating skills with this winter-themed, ombre snowflake cake. You'll learn how to stack, crumb coat, and frost a vanilla cake, all while sipping on a fruity mocktail.
A hands-on class covering the basic techniques used in making realistic gum paste flowers. You will learn about gum paste and gum paste tools while making Forget-me-nots, Stephanotis, Roses and Leaves.
During this class, participants will learn to make a variety of buttercream flowers on top of 12 cupcakes. As an added bonus, participants will watch a demo of how to turn these beautiful cupcakes into a cupcake bouquet.
In this class you will learn the basics of icing and the different types of icings used. You will get a buttercream icing recipe and also make the buttercream so that you will learn the perfect consistency to ice the cake. We will be working on real cake.
