Prior to opening Bloc, Tucker and Jen had considered a small in-house baking program in the basement of Diesel or a commissary to have creative control over all the items they served. Opening Bloc took over and another 7 years quickly passed before they opened Forge Baking Company in October of 2014.
That same year, they took on an additional 5000 square feet to move all of the kitchens into one location and build out a training lab and a dedicated workshop.
Join us for this intimate event with instruction from our very own Founder Marvin and our talented kitchen team. Each person receives a beer, glass of wine, or sangria, along with all supplies & personal instruction to build & cook their very own pizza!
Dedicate an evening to perfecting your prowess with pizzas. You'll make the dough; roll and top it; and then bake it off in our outdoor, wood-fired oven. Plan to enjoy a little time on our outdoor patio sampling a variety of pizzas that you've made by hand and to your taste.

Learn with Master instructor Peppe Miele the secrets of real Neapolitan Pizza. You will learn how to make, stretch and shape the dough, how to fill and bake your pizza in a wood oven. Vegetarian options are also available.
