DurationThe PMP® (Project Manager Professional®) is the most widely recognised Project Manager certification and is awarded by Project Management Institute (PMI®) in the US. There are over 1 million PMP™ certified project managers world-wide since PMI started the certification more than fifty years ago.
Now, the PMP™ certification (updated in 2020) includes the predictive (‘waterfall’), agile and hybrid project management approaches.

It also provides the required training hours to sit for the exam.
Emphasis on Passing the Exam
A Boot Camp on last day (afternoon session) will offer participants the following:
Additional practise PMP exam paper questions completed by participants (with instructor guidance)
Participants' responses/answers to the practise exam reviewed by instructor and clarifications done
Videos on selected PMP topics (from PMI certification body and other sources)
Study tips for exam
More group/individual exercises, practical examples, class discussions/sharing on PMP topics
Learning Outcomes
At the end of the PMP training in Singapore, participants will learn:
Key concepts, terms, and principles of project management
Structured and integrated review of the PMBOK® Guide knowledge areas
Complete understanding of what is required to pass the PMP® 2021 Exam
Examination
Participants who attempt and fail their PMI-PMP exams within 90 days of completing their first PMP Training Course with COMAT are entitled to sign-up for the PMP Training Course again free of charge. Terms and conditions apply.
