We have a range of priorities for the further development of our learn-to-swim programs, the swim safety industry and the sport of swimming. Swim Coaches and Teachers Australia is a corporate entity with business objectives and is a not for profit special interest group dedicated to providing service to its Members and acting as an advocate on their behalf.

SWIM Coaches & Teachers Australia and SWIM Australia is dedicated to developing world leading practises in the education, aquatic qualifications, professional development and ongoing support for swimming Coaches and swimming and water safety Teachers, as well as developing and empowering our swim school network through the delivery of world’s best practice guidelines, professional development programs, growth opportunities and business support.

SWIM Coaches & Teachers Australia would like to thank everyone for attending SWIMCON22 UNLEASHED! on the Gold Coast and being part of one of the best conferences experiences we’ve hosted. More than 350 delegates from around Australia registered and came together with us at the iconic Sea World to connect, create and celebrate.

The venue was spectacular, the Awards Luau and functions were amazing, the presentations were world class across all streams, the activities were FUN and our exhibitors who support our conference every year were magnificent.

Special Guests included: Olympic legends Emma McKeon and Dawn Fraser; Learn to Swim champion Laurie Lawrence; Board and Life members who head-lined a stacked line up of world class presenters and professionals across four conference days.

Swim Australia Teacher qualifications are recognised across Australia and provide aspiring swimming teachers with the skills and knowledge to teach water safety and swimming skills to learners of all ages through safe and engaging swimming lessons and programs.

Our courses feature a best-practise, blended delivery technique providing you with the flexibility of self-paced online study coupled with a face-to-face practical workshop.
