Course Details

In order to complete preparation for IHRP CA Certification, you will need to take these two courses:

  • Preparation for IHRP CA Certification – Labour Legislation (IHRPLL)

  • Preparation for IHRP CA Certification – HR Foundational & Functional Competencies (IHRPCA1)

Upon completing both of the courses mentioned above, trainee can register with LHUB to take the IHRP CA Assessment.

 

Course Objectives

At the end of the course:

  • The participant will be able to understand the IHRP Body of Competencies (BOC) in the Functional and Foundational competencies along with the HR Mindsets and Behavioural competencies practices in mind.

  • He/she will have structured approach to developing their foundation HR skills, enhancing their current and future career development, or embarking on an HR management career progression.

  • The course outlines the basic HR functional and behavioural competencies required for effective HR practice in Singapore and the foundational knowledge and skills needed to pursue the IHRP-CA certification.

 

Pre-requisites

The admission requirements are:

  • Read, write, and speak English at WPL Level 5

  • Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 5

  • Hardware & Softwar

 

Who Should Attend

  • Student or a working professional who currently do not meet the eligibility criteria required for IHRP Certified Professionals (IHRP-CP) (i.e. (1) 3 years of HR-related work experience and (2) 150-hours of HR-related training or education).

  • Working Professionals (Non-HR Graduates, PMETs, Junior HR Specialists, HR Admin)

  • Fresh HR Graduates
