In order to complete preparation for IHRP CA Certification, you will need to take these two courses:

Preparation for IHRP CA Certification – HR Foundational & Functional Competencies (IHRPCA1)
Upon completing both of the courses mentioned above, trainee can register with LHUB to take the IHRP CA Assessment.
Course Objectives
At the end of the course:
The participant will be able to understand the IHRP Body of Competencies (BOC) in the Functional and Foundational competencies along with the HR Mindsets and Behavioural competencies practices in mind.
He/she will have structured approach to developing their foundation HR skills, enhancing their current and future career development, or embarking on an HR management career progression.
The course outlines the basic HR functional and behavioural competencies required for effective HR practice in Singapore and the foundational knowledge and skills needed to pursue the IHRP-CA certification.
Pre-requisites
The admission requirements are:
Read, write, and speak English at WPL Level 5
Manipulate numbers at WPN Level 5

Student or a working professional who currently do not meet the eligibility criteria required for IHRP Certified Professionals (IHRP-CP) (i.e. (1) 3 years of HR-related work experience and (2) 150-hours of HR-related training or education).
