Preschool Ninja Classes

A gentle introduction to structure, discipline and learning in a self-defence context, our classes are a great way to develop motor skills & co-ordination, build confidence and make new friends in a safe and secure environment.

This style focuses on continuous contact and uses deflections to defeat an opponent before another attack can be launched. By using whole body movement, or Sabaki, our students learn how to avoid, defend and respond quickly and explosively to an attack, making it ideal for self defence.

Older teens, younger adults and adults participate in the same classes. At a certain age, most teenagers want to be out of a children’s class and interacting on an adult level.  Our Adult Classes are a productive mix of both male and female, younger and older students.

Our specialized children’s martial arts classes are engaging, fun and equip students with skills that they will carry with them on life’s journey. Our energetic instructors teach boys and girls practical safety awareness and self defence skills in a caring and supportive environment.

You will then be joined with the rest of the class to participate in self defence, sparring (controlled non contact fighting and other activities. There will always be a sempai to assist and guide you through your first class to ensure you have full understanding of the class.
