Whether you require speech therapy or help with public speaking to try and advance your career, we are here to try and help you succeed.
Public speaking can be a daunting experience for anybody, especially when it is in a business environment.
At One Stage Ahead we can assist you in coaching your voice and delivery to overcome your fears and present effectively in front of audiences - large and small.
No one is a born speaker, but with the correct training even the most nervous person can present to an audience effectively.
Body language is also vitally important and can show your listeners whether you are confident or not. Our body language courses make sure your hand gestures, eye contact and hand shake have an immediate positive impact on those around you.
Our courses are confidential, discreet and personalised to suit your needs. They are available for small groups, company employees or private individuals either on-site or in your home.
