This workshop is designed for people who would like to develop confidence and/or skills in speaking in public situations. It is entirely skills focused and participants will have the opportunity to make a brief presentation (putting what you have learned into practice) and receive feedback in a constructive and safe environment. It is delivered by Helen Evans, Open University.
What We Do
We are a trade union that represents and acts for members working in a range of public services and utilities, whether they’re employed by private companies, public authorities or in the community and voluntary sector.
We represent members, negotiate and bargain on their behalf, campaign for better working conditions and pay and for public services. And more besides.
So in addition to running in-house team training courses, we specialise in one to one presentation skills coaching, after all not everyone wishes to share their learning experience within a team framework or with a group of peers.
