The PDT course is designed to help organizations meet public health guidelines, and is suitable for all audiences, including those who work in front-line service delivery, retail, community, and social services, and those who work with vulnerable populations.

How to prevent infection and prevent pathogens from entering the body.
The different ways diseases are transmitted and the role of immunization.
Proper handwashing techniques.
How to use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly, including donning and doffing a medical gown, a mask, protective eyewear, and gloves.
How to safely dispose of PPE.
Delivery Options:
Virtual classroom format is Instructor-led and includes live demonstration using teaching aids and personal protective equipment (PPE), for groups of up to 20 participants.
In-person, Instructor-led format is facilitated by a Canadian Red Cross Instructor and includes live demonstration while following public health guidelines and Red Cross best practices for in-person training.
Titan Health is owned and operated by a paramedic with many years of experience who recognizes the importance of First Aid and CPR training. Titan Health’s professional instructors are known for their ability to bring hands-on knowledge.

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with the basic ability to recognize the hazards associated with occupational exposure to blood and body fluids; be familiar with the steps to prevent exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
The goal of this training is to educate employees to minimize their exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
This course examines the role of health personnel in the control and elimination of health hazards in institutions.
This course introduces the student to the sterile processing role in a health care environment, microbiology concepts, infection control, aseptic techniques and workplace environmental hazards.
You will earn a Certificate of Completion after you successfully complete the training and evaluation component.
