After attending this session, learners will be able to Assess the type and severity of various complex and/or chronic wounds
Specialist Dr. Todd Yip and two nurses Specialized in Wound Ostomy and Continence, Nancy Delarge and Stephanie Webster, will guide participants through three skills stations in an open learning style with pre-brief, debrief, and Q&A.
The three stations will include topics of wound assessment, dressings, and wound debridement using volunteer patients.

This 3-hour accredited course will be held in person at the Diagnostic and Treatment Centre at Royal Jubilee Hospital, Victoria, BC.
