Periods living abroad, independent travel and adventure have catalysed personal flourishing, and helped me tap into my strength and resourcefulness. Diversity of experience opens up my mind and shifts my perspectives. I find it fascinating to see what makes people tick and contributes to happiness, as I encounter people from varied walks of life and cultures.
Personal challenge has been another catalyst for my own growth. It has provided invaluable insights; helped me develop tools for navigating life ; and it has enhanced my compassion and empathy.
Mindfulness meditation plays a really enriching part in my life. Through this practice, I have connected more deeply to myself, my experiences, my environment, and to others. I have been able to see my own patterns and habits more clearly, and with compassion. Meeting all flavours of life with presence has been transformative.
In addition to my direct experiences and personal inquiry, I have been an avid learner in the fields of awareness and personal development, drawing on many sources. I have also undertaken formal training as an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, a Coach, and a Mindfulness Teacher.
