We read cookbooks and recipes for fun, constantly try out new techniques and combinations, watch Masterchef Australia avidly, trawl food markets for new ingredients and innovative products and travel widely to great foodie destinations.
This Programme is exclusively for current full-time students. HTA in conjunction with City & Guilds developed the 6-month Patisserie Programme to be presented in conjunction with the SCA Programme in Professional Cookery and Culinary Art.
On completing the course students will achieve an internationally recognised City & Guilds Diploma:
