Professional Pedicures

The Professional Pedicure program focuses on hybrid learning of theory online then hands-on training with an instructor for one and a half days. This will help you become a certified pedicurist.

The topics covered are:

• Part-Time Pedicures

• 2 Consecutive days of on-site training-14 hours

Day One- 7 hours:

• Theory of Pedicuring

• Equipment/Product Knowledge

• Consultation and Analysis

Day Two 7 Hours

• Intro to Pedicuring: Demonstration of skills

• Station Set up

• Consultation and Analysis

• Pedicure on live model for assessment: 1pm: Basic pedicure with red polish

• Station Clean up and SDS protocols

• Exam Prep-Assignments given and explained

Off-site Learning:

• Assignments and chapter quizzes to be completed during study period

• Student will continue with support of Google classroom

Written Exam: (2 Hours) see attached section:

• Exams held twice per month at Spa Academy

Practical Exam- 3 hours -See attached section:

• Student must have submitted all practical assignments and paperwork/photos and received their exam invitation to qualify.

• Tuition Cost: $795.00

• Student Kit Required: $200.00 (plus GST & PST $22)
