Our 2-day course on the fundamentals of project management will give you knowledge and therefore confidence to do just that.

It's aimed at aspiring project managers and those who regularly contribute to projects who have an appetite to learn more about this widely used management practice.

So whether you work in the public, private or 3rd sectors this course will provide the opportunity to contribute more effectively to projects within your current role and could even serve as a pivot point in your career through investing in your own personal development.

What will I learn?

Projects are the cornerstones of business development and as such, we are often asked to be part of a project team, head it up or even report back on deliverables.

In order to do this we need to understand how a project works and how we can get the best out of our project time and team.
