DurationThis course aims to equip students with the essential skills and knowledge required to manage the risks in construction projects. It provides thorough discussions of the various concepts, tools and techniques involved in risk management process and applications of how these methods can empower the decision making of the project manager. Case studies of risk management in construction projects will be used to demonstrate key principles of project risk management learnt.
