This course is directed toward a wide variety of settings involving first aid and cardio-respiratory emergencies.
This course includes: Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR. This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to infants, children and adults.
This unit provides the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty in line with first aid guidelines. determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other Australian national peak clinical bodies.
The course is ideal for workers and individuals who may be required to provide first aid care in a range of situations, including community and workplace settings.
This first aid course aims to provide participants with the necessary skills to provide; first aid response, life support and management of casualty(s), incidents and emergency situations.
