Classes are designed specifically behind a primary ideology — students are able to advance at their own pace. This allows any of our classes to host students of all experience levels, from Scratch Jr. to Web Development. All of our teachers in classes around Montgomery County, Maryland are equipped to teach students of all levels.
Panda Programmer teaches Python for Kids to allow students to experience programming in a new setting. The transition from a visual-based language in Scratch, to a text-based language may be jarring for many. Utilizing projects students designed and created in scratch, we recreate them in Python — smoothing the transition to text-editors for programming.
Program! Learn Computer Science! Children ages 8 and up ARE old enough to learn computer programming. And with our K through 2nd Grade curriculum we are teaching students as young as 5!

Create websites using a combination of HTML and CSS! Students will learn about the different tags in HTML by formatting their text, adding images and links to their websites. They will also focus on adding different styles, layouts, colors, and fonts to their website using CSS.
Students are introduced to world of coding with Scratch programming. Beginners start with learning Scratch structure and basic coding concepts through animations, stories and games.
The course content explores the use of various online tools and apps and makes suggestions for best use. What’s more, it provides you with access to curated content that includes blogs, books, and videos that can extend your learning.
Our IPT is a coding/programming curriculum that each child completes at their individual level and pace. Â Your child will have access to a laptop of their own during class labs and our instructors will be there to guide them through each lesson, giving one-on-one assistance, as needed.
