QA QC Course

Duties And Responsibilities Of QA/QC Engineer

• Review and inspect of all electrical materials as per project specification

• Generating MVR as per approved MAR for MEP Installations.

• Providing proper surveillance report and ncr reports

• Checking methods to ensure MEP Installation are under Quality control as per Project Specifications and Engineering standards.

• Electrical Inspection on systems like LV power & Distribution, lighting, Earthing, small power and all Elv systems.

• Cable / Wire testing Megger Test, Hi Pot test.

• Monitoring underground MEP Installations prior for back filling.

• Inspecting panel erection ,termination & testing such as MV,LV,SMDB,DB, and ELV Distribution Panel

• Handing over of official area between MEP and civil activities.

• Proper file handling and managing QA / QC documentations.

• Generating punch list and issuing to concern construction team.

• To supervise and carry out effective implementation of work schedule to clear punch list.

• Provide sufficient feedback to QA / QC .Manager on day to day quality issues from construction side
