The Ministry of Manpower and the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC), have enhanced the risk management framework ‘Risk Management 2.0’. This new framework includes the updating of the Code of Practice on WSH Risk Management to put more focus on Risk Evaluation for Health Hazards. SGSecure is our community’s response to the terror threat.
It is a national movement to sensitize, train and mobilise the community, including workplace, to play a part to prevent and deal with a terrorist attack. It is a call to action for everyone to unite and safeguard our way of life. In view of the above, bizSAFE enterprises are to include SGSecure elements into their bizSAFE programme for bizSAFE application, implementation and renewal.
All workplaces and bizSAFE enterprises are required to appoint a SGSecure Representative in Risk Assessment /Risk Management Team to be able to identify potential terror threats, and manage these threats in their Risk Management (RM) Implementation Plans.

This course covers the approach, structure, tools, processes, communication methods that can be utilised during an emergency incident.
Through hands-on exercises, participants are required to formulate a Risk Management Implementation Plan identifying specific actions to be taken, by whom and the timeline for completion.
