DurationQuickbooks Pro course is offered by Camosun Coastal Centre. The Camosun Coastal Centre (CCC) brokers training to enhance workforce development in the shipbuilding industry.
CCC creates partnerships with private and public training service providers and brokers their training products to industry. CCC is building up a ‘virtual’ course curriculum that consists of a full spectrum of coursing from entry level and awareness training right through to the delivery of specialty training. Courses are delivered as per industry demand.
The training is delivered at the CCC facility in Esquimalt or can be delivered at other locations in B.C. where there is sufficient demand (e.g. North Vancouver).
IMTARC developed curriculum in a number of key areas that have been identified as high priority by industry. These courses are all available and will be scheduled based on demand.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a cloud-based accounting software program. Students will learn the difference between QuickBooks Pro and QBO before utilizing program features.
In this course, students are introduced to QuickBooks and its features. As students progress through the course, they become familiar with the QuickBooks interface and learn how to perform common tasks using QuickBooks.
This module includes information related to using QuickBooks for general ledger, receivable, payable, payroll, and inventory accounting. The participant will also learn how to develop a standard set of financial reports.
With the skills and knowledge you gain in this course you will be able to set up units of measure, differentiate account types, create and modify customer and vendor records, use journal transactions and open, restore, and back up company files.
Our Course will setup you with QuickBooks Desktop skills including Creating Chart of Account, Inventory, Recording Transactions, Design Templates, completing Reconciliations, filing Sales Tax, doing Payroll and much more….
