Theory lessons covering contraindications, health and safety, history of massage, the classical Swedish massage movements benefits and effects, client care and consultation.
This course will consist of 15 lessons. Reflexology is a holistic treatment working on the pressure point of the feet treating the body as a whole. In this course the student will study the whole reflexology foot chart.
This course covers the basic anatomy as well as the techniques of a full body holistic massage.
This qualification focuses on classical massage which enables the Learner to become specialized in Massage Therapy ready for employment in Industry
Swedish (basic) massage course. With the Swedish massage course you’ll learn the foundation of massage, which oils to use, plus the different Swedish techniques, which are effleurage, petrissage, tapotement and vibration.
