Following satisfactory completion of CPCCDE3015 Remove friable asbestos, there is a requirement to undertake refresher programs in an ongoing way every year
Prerequisites
*Any equivalent pre-requisite to unit CPCCDE3014 – Remove non-friable asbestos held by the student will be credit transferred. The credit transfer application process must be completed before enrolling into the asbestos course.
Selection Criteria
Prior to commencement, applicants must demonstrate satisfactory completion of:
CPCCDE3015 – Remove friable asbestos, OR
CPCCDE3015A – Remove friable asbestos.
On course commencement you will be required to complete and sign a Self Declaration regarding your work currency in friable asbestos removal within the last 12 months.
Participants must be able to converse in and comprehend basic English. You will be required to complete a language, literacy and numeracy assessment on course commencement to assess your capacity to meet language and numeracy requirements of the course.
