Candidates at our construction training facility in Doncaster, South Yorkshire, will be taught about the factors which can affect compaction and how to interpret and plan the rolling sequence. They will also be taught how to configure the roller for various material types and layer depths and the importance of selecting the correct settings to prevent damage and ensure strength.
Potential operators will be taught how to pre-start check the machine and how to configure the machine depending on the equipment and task .
XRE Construction Training have a huge amount of experience on these types of equipment having operated many variants of them in numerous environments and sites over many years.
A pre-requisite for this course is the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) test for operatives which can be completed at a local Pearson Vue Centre or can be arranged by XRE.
